Our work includes commercial, residential, and maintenance service projects, providing our team with hands-on experience across a wide range of electrical applications.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with foremen, leadmen, journeymen, and apprentices to complete electrical projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

  • Perform underground electrical work, including conduit and box rough-in.

  • Pull, terminate, and install electrical wiring.

  • Install electrical gear, fixtures, raceways, and cable tray systems.

  • Read and work from electrical plans, blueprints, and project specifications.

  • Properly use electrical tools, equipment, and materials.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

  • Follow all applicable electrical codes, safety requirements, and company standards.

  • Communicate effectively with team members and project leadership.

Qualifications

  • Previous electrical or construction experience is preferred but not required for all positions.

  • Ability to read and understand electrical plans and blueprints is a plus.

  • Familiarity with electrical tools, equipment, and materials is helpful.

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Dependable, hardworking, and committed to quality workmanship.

  • Ability and willingness to learn new skills and take direction.

  • Motivated to build a long-term career in the electrical trade.
